To commemorate the Municipality of the District of Lunenburg’s 125th anniversary in 2004, Indian Falls was designated as a Municipal Park. The park offers a picnic area, on-site privies, walking trails, rock beach and look off points.
The winery is located at Hackmatack Farm, a commercial highbush blueberry farm.

This 122 km trail travels between the Goose Chase Road in New Germany to the Town of Bridgetown in the Annapolis Valley and Caledonia in the Region of Queens. Access includes hikers, bicycles, ATV’s, snowmobiles, skies, and horses. Parking is available at various access points along the trail. The trail is groomed in the winter by the Crossburn Snowmobile Club.
