NS 55+ Games Coming to the Region September 22 - 27, 2025!
The region is excited to be welcoming participants from across Nova Scotia for the Nova Scotia 55+ Games. Participants will take part in a variety of activities from hockey and pickleball to card games and bowling. The mission of the event is centred around fun, fitness, and friends. Adventure Trail
Location: Lunenburg Region
This 15 km trail runs between the Towns of Mahone Bay and Bridgewater and connects with the Dynamite Trail to the East and the Centennial Trail in the Town of Bridgewater to the West.
