The summer of 2024 Lunenburg Kayak Rentals will be hosting our first annual free concert series on the first and last Saturday of each month from 10am - 2pm Starting June 1 and ending September 7, 2024.
Come visit our beautiful and protected location that’s nestled between a tranquil waterfall and the Sunnybrook Mill Market. Grab some local goodies from the market or pop by the on-site food truck provided by Curbside Eats. Most importantly, there will be live folk music from amazing recording and touring musicians.
FAQ
* This is a family friendly event. Bring your own chairs/seating if you’d like and make yourself comfortable. There are limited picnic tables / benches available on-site.
* There is parking and a portable toilet on-site.
* Any Saturday concerts affected by weather will take place the next day on Sunday.
* You can support the musicians & market by bringing some cash along to put in their tip jar or buy some snacks.
* Yes, we really are hosting free folk shows by unbelievably talented performers annnnd yes it’s beside a waterfall that flows into an ocean inlet that’s overlooked by a pasture with grazing Norwegian horses.
* Lunenburg Kayak Rental accepts all forms of payment for rentals & tours, however this is a free concert series to promote musicians and local businesses. You are absolutely not obligated to purchase or tip anyone. If you’d like to support Lunenburg Kayak Rentals you can book a rental or tour by phone or email. Alternatively, we have beautifully designed gift certificates available on site that can be purchased for any amount you prefer.

Bay to Bay Trail

A 10 km trail along the “Lunenburg Spur” that connects the Towns of Lunenburg and Mahone Bay. Also a short 1 km section from the end of the Back Harbour Trail in Lunenburg to Garden Lots.
Access includes hikers, bicycles, ATV’s, snowmobiles, skies, and horses. Parking is available at access points along the trail.
