On a rainy day visit the quaint towns of Mahone Bay (20 min.) and Lunenburg, a UNESCO World Heritage Site (10 min.). Both provide excellent restaurants, antique and craft stores, museums and artists’ studios. If the excitement of the city attracts you, Halifax is just 90 min. away.
