Indian Falls

To commemorate the Municipality of the District of Lunenburg’s 125th anniversary in 2004, Indian Falls was designated as a Municipal Park.
The park offers a picnic area, on-site privies, walking trails, rock beach and look off points.

This 10 km trail runs between the Chester Connection Trail to the East and the Bay to Bay and Adventure Trails in the Town of Mahone Bay.
Gaff Point

Runs: Hirtle’s Beach
Length: 7 km (round trip)
Duration: 1 hour 20 minutes (round trip)
Rules: Foot traffic only, no motorized use or bicycles, stay on the marked trail, steep cliffs and sensitive ground. Dogs must be on leash. No camping, fires or hunting.
The trail is certainly off the beaten path but offers up some great scenery with a mixture of beach, estuary, forest and rugged coastline complete with some unique geology and a variety of wildlife.
