Westcote Bell Pottery and Studio

The studio and two showrooms are located in a 150 year old boat house that sits on the LaHave estuary. The building sits above the water on large pilings, creating a boat like feeling as you hear the waves crashing under the building. Beautifully situated, looking across the bay to Riverport, the studio welcomes visitors with daily demonstrations in various pottery techniques.
The artwork and pottery displayed is all made on the premises and original pieces are available for purchase in all price ranges. Featuring whimsical landscapes and animal imagery, functional dinnerware, wash basins and tile, water colours, prints, books and note cards. Both are award winning artists with over 35 years experience.
After visiting the pottery, why not enjoy lunch at the LaHave bakery before you take the LaHave cable ferry across the bay.

Broad Cove Beach has a nice private sand area, and the cove is partially protected so the water stays relatively calm. With more well-known beaches close by, this beach is much quieter with fewer visitors.
Bull Run Trail

A 27km trail connecting the Centennial Trail in the Town of Bridgewater and to the Region of Queens. This trail features a covered bridge in the community of Hebbville along with various restaurants and services along the route.
Parking is available at access points along the trail. Access includes hikers, bicycles, ATV’s, snowmobiles, skies, and horses.
